Licensure
Both David and Helene Herman have Masters degrees in Music Therapy from New York University and are Certified Music Therapists. In addition, they are now Licensed Creative Arts Therapists in New York State.
New York State recently passed a consumer protection law, which requires licensure of all Creative Art Therapists, including Music Therapists. Helene and David Herman have met all the stated requirements and are now licensed by New York State as Creative Arts Therapists.
